The Akshaya Patra Foundation stands as the largest NGO school meal program globally, serving hot and nutritious mid day meals to more than 2 million children in over 24,000 schools across 16 states and 2 union territories in India. The Akshaya Patra Foundation Canada commenced its operations in 2023, actively involving volunteers and donors from Canada to raise funds for the provision of mid-day meals to children in India. Akshaya Patra Vision is “No child in India shall be deprived of education because of hunger”.

The Akshaya Patra Foundation is currently making a tremendous impact by providing meals to more than 2 million children across India. In Rajasthan, one of our key states, it is reaching out to 270K children through 10 kitchens located in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Nathdwara, Ajmer, Baran, Bhilwara, Jhalawar, Chittorgarh, and Bikaner.
